1. THE CAR comes with a full service, 12 months MOT ( no advisories ) 3 months warranty and a full valet.
2. ONLY ONE (1) winner will win 2014 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 limited Edition 3 door . There is no alternative prize, and the Car cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Car will be registered by 1st Car to the winner and cannot be registered to anyone else, the winner will be required to tax, and arrange their own insurance for the Car. The winner for the Car to be handed over at 1st Car Cleveland Street Hull HU8 8AE.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This car giveaway is free to enter and is open to any person with a ticket from the 2026 playoff final between Hull City V Middlesbrough at Wembley on the 23rd May 2026 who is over the age of 18. Employees of: (i) 1st Car or its affiliates; and (ii) 1st car advertising or promotion agencies, are not eligible to enter this car giveaway nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
4. TIMING: This car giveaway runs from 9:00 on 24th May 2026 until 23:59 on 26th June 2026 ( Black & Amber 1st Car Prize Draw Deadline).
5. ENTRY: To enter you must send your Wembley Ticket ( or a copy ) along with your full name, email address, date of birth, mobile number and home address including post code before the Giveaway Deadline for your chance to win the Car. 6. ENTRANTS may only enter once and must only enter on their own behalf. Entries will be ineligible if they are incomplete, are found to be part of an attempt to enter multiple times, violate the rights of any other person or entity or are received after the Giveaway Deadline. 1st Car is not responsible for any failure or inability to enter. 1st Car reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.
7. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner of the Car will be chosen at random on Monday 29th of June 2026 at 1st Car. The winner will be notified by 1st Car via email. If the winner does not respond to the email within seventy-two (72) hours, another winner may be selected to replace them with the effect that they will cease to be entitled to the Car. The winner will need to complete various 1st Car documents relating to the Car before handover and may be asked to provide identification and any other documents as may be necessary to prove their eligibility before they are entitled to receive the Car.
8. USE OF YOUR ENTRY: The winner of the Car consents to partaking in 1st Car PR/social media activity in relation to this car giveaway (including but not limited to his/her full name being made publicly available and posted on social media as the winner). Any other personal data entrants provide when entering may be used for future 1st Car and any affiliated company’s marketing activities only if you indicate your consent to such activity. Otherwise, this personal data will be used by 1st Car and agents acting on its behalf only for the operation of, and in connection with, this car giveaway.
9. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding this car giveaway or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, 1st Car’s decision shall be final. 1st Car reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this car giveaway at any time and for any reason, without notice.
10. ENTRANTS in this car giveaway agree that 1st Car will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this car giveaway. Nothing in this clause shall limit 1st Car’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of 1st Car’s fraud.
11. SPIRIT OF THE CAR GIVEAWAY: If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this car giveaway by cheating or committing fraud in any way, 1st Car may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, 1st Car will disqualify that entrant’s entry to this car giveaway and may ban the entrant from participating in any future giveaways, promotions or competitions run by 1st Car or any of its affiliates.

LAW AND JURISDICTION: This car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this car giveaway and these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims).
